Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be booked through Calendly, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. All appointment requests are subject to availability. OneLifeOneYou reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.

Payments

Session fees are displayed on the website and may be updated periodically. Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change and every effort will be made to accommodate appointment changes where possible.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full and may not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because appointment times are reserved specifically for you and short-notice cancellations often prevent us from offering that time to another client who may be waiting for support.

If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us directly and we will consider each situation individually.
